
2 cups almond meal
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips(I use 63% cacoa)
Mix all ingredients. Scoop into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Flatten balls and bake at 350° for 15 mins.
This little monkey climbed up on the counter and ate them all!
