Chili Lime Salmon

Ever since my sister worked a summer in Alaska and sent boxes of fresh Salmon home, I can't get enough! I could eat it everyday! This is one of my favorite ways to make it and it is so simple!

Chile Lime Salmon
4 salmon fillets
2 limes
2 tps. chili garlic paste
salt and pepper

Directions:
squeeze the limes and add the chili paste and mix. Coat the fillets and let marinate for 1/2 hour.
Grill chicken, or pan sear it. time varies depending on thickness of fillets. You can see when the fish becomes a lighter pink its done.I like to let the outside get crispy. I use coconut oil spray to keep it from sticking.
