Sweet Potato, Chicken and Quinoa Soup
Whoever invented the Crockpot, is a genius!!! On crazy busy days they save me. I especially love the recipes that I can just dump and most of the ingredients I have on hand. This is such a simple and yummy recipe. I secretly wish I came up with it!
