Pumpkin Protein Waffles
These are my kids favorite! they don't even realize how good they are for them!
Nothing beats a FAT stack of pumpkin protein waffles in the morning!
8 eggs
2 cup cottage cheese
2 cup gf flour or oats
1 15 Oz can pumpkin puree
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla
Blend in a blender till smooth. Cook in a waffle iron.
